Are there specific requirements for student participant name tags for the May 11 event?
There are new HC’s asking about the nametag format. In the past there were these requirements:
* only first names of Olympians
* grade level clearly marked
* name of Event(in order of time) with Time Slot also visible
* repeat above with 2nd or 3rd Event, as needed
* a red dot on upper right corner if the child is NOT to appear in photos
* if there is a fast turnover, note that
I have found an old template that was used in the past for xls documents to print on Avery nametags or your choice of paper.
The spread sheet that you merge into it should have these fields-
First (first name)
Grade(2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th)
