A: Please read the event description, under the Practice and Preparation section, fourth paragraph. It states, “Develop a system to identify where each item is located….” A coordinate system is mentioned. The symbols listed in this question fall under normal use.
Q:This is a follow-up response to a response I received when I asked about the use of parentheses, colons, and commas in the written portion. I got a response that punctuation is OK as long as it is used as intended. To further clarify, are the use of graphing coordinates (along with acronyms and equal sign/colon), considered “use as intended?” For example: “EL = (-7, -9)” – thank you for addressing this further.
