Q: Does the tennis ball have to be completely visible at the top of the tower? Or can it be cradled a bit just as long as you can see the top of the ball?
A: The ball can be cradled. ONLY the top of the tennis ball will be considered the highest point of the tower and for this to be possible, the top of the ball needs to be visible.
